Included in the service are lock outs, run out of fuel, mechanical breakdowns and flat tire changes. And if you need to be towed, the tow is free up to the first 25 miles. Standard rates apply after 25 miles.

We encourage keeping this information sheet and information card in the vehicle with all of the information needed filled out. That way if you need roadside assistance, you’ll have the entire detailed information ready at your finger tips.

Roadside assistance is available through the Allstate call center by dialing the toll free number on the card and following the instructions.
