Attention: Network Fleet

I’d like to take a moment to go over some thoughts on my experience & relationship with my Network Fleet/Fleet Solutions representatives (Bob & Norma). Soon after I was hired on with CBS I had the pleasure of sitting through a presentation with both Bob Belknap & Norma Havens who went over the Network Fleet product with me. As we went over the Network Fleet site Bob & Norma were very detailed in going over every aspect of the site and the abilities that it has to offer, never rushing through the presentation and always being very courteous on answering all of my questions that I had.

They were very helpful on giving me a detailed overview on the interface and how to manage the site’s mapping structure, vehicle tracking, alerts, diagnosis, how to run reports & of course several other areas of the site. The particular areas of interest that I had were the vehicle tracking, reports & the importing of customer landmarks into the site.

A little bit after our meeting Network Fleet went through an interface upgrade and at first it was difficult to import the customer sites into landmarks. Bob & Norma were both relentless on assisting me with this and communicated with me consistently no matter what time of day to give me a status. Once the issues were resolved and the site was ready to accept the import of customer sites Bob was very gracious by asking me for my customer listing as he wanted to format them through Excel so that the importing of sites could go smoothly. This of course was a huge help as I had a couple thousand sites to do. As soon as the sites were imported Bob called me up and walked me through the entire process, he was there for me from beginning to end, any questions that I had Bob & Norma would answer or if they didn’t know at the moment would get back to me immediately.

As time has gone by I have had additional questions on how to create reporting, which again Bob & Norma have been extremely helpful by going far & beyond to train & show me the steps & procedures to create what I need and to explain it all thoroughly. They even follow up with me to see how the reports are working out and by mentioning other aspects of the reporting structure that I might be interested in.

Having previous experience with a different GPS provider I can honestly say that the support that I’ve received from Bob & Norma is outstanding, second to none. I feel as though CBS has a genuine partner/friend in Bob & Norma & it’s an absolute pleasure to interact with them at all times. Their training is thorough, their communication is remarkable and their ability to be there for you is outstanding.
