Laurie Yarborough is the President and CEO of USA Fleet Solutions, a leading company in fleet tracking. Since acquiring the business with her husband in 2006, as a means to complement their service station operations, Laurie has driven its growth to over 20,000 units nationwide. 

Originally from Pittsburgh, she holds a degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a postgraduate Master of Theology from Holos University. Laurie’s educational background and passion for innovation have been instrumental in the company’s national success.

Outside of her professional achievements, Laurie is deeply committed to environmental and animal welfare causes. As the President of the Help Save the Bees Foundation and a hobbyist beekeeper, she actively works to protect bees and other pollinators. Laurie is a health and wellness enthusiast with multiple certifications in holistic and energy healing modalities. She enjoys working out, gardening, and growing her own food in her free time, reflecting her dedication to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Chief Operating Officer

Steve Yarborough is the Chief Operating Officer at USA Fleet Solutions, bringing nearly 50 years of expertise in management and business innovation, as well as steadfast dedication and an unwavering work ethic. 

At 12 years old, Steve began working at his father’s service station and at only 19 bought his very own. USA Fleet Solutions began in order to benefit local fleet customers and under his leadership, this local company has expanded its reach globally.

Under Steve’s leadership USA Fleet Solutions has grown to specialize in assisting over 65 government fleets nationally.

Steve Yarborough recently celebrated his 70th birthday, and his continued to prove that age is just a number through his love for racing vintage race cars, motorcycle adventures and sundays spent at Center for Spiritual Living, Reno as the Assistant Minister. 

Chief Technology Officer, USA Fleet Solutions

Paul Yarborough is a visionary leader driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Leading the integrations and solutions engineering teams, Paul’s expertise has been instrumental in providing USA Fleet Solutions’ customers with customized reports far exceeding industry standards.

With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University, Paul brings a solid technical foundation and a proven ability to solve complex problems. His engineering background equips him with the skills to analyze data, design efficient systems, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.

Splitting his time between his hometown of Reno, NV, and the scenic landscapes of Sedona, AZ, Paul thrives in environments that blend work and play. Outside the office, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys motorbiking, mountain biking, and skiing in the mountains.

Account and Customer Service Manager

Joining the company in March 2013 as its first Customer Service Representative (CSR), Tina has been instrumental in building and leading the customer service department. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional, individualized service for GPS customers has greatly contributed to the company’s success

When it comes to client acquisition, Tina’s professionalism and care truly reflects the values of USA Fleet Solutions. 
Her in-depth training has proven time and time again to allow our customers to feel supported and knowledgeable as evident through her work with Tualatin Valley Water District, California Department of Consumer Affairs, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, UC Davis, and countless others. 

Beyond her professional achievements, she is passionate about painting, enjoys reading, and values time spent with her nephew. Tina’s dedication to her career and her vibrant personal interests highlight her well-rounded and dynamic approach to life.

National Accounts Manager

David Crumbley is dedicated to driving success at USA Fleet Solutions through customized customer service and comprehensive support for users. As the National Accounts Manager, David ensures that customer’s specific data needs are met and that information is delivered to the right stakeholders seamlessly. 

After the California Air Resources Board (CARB) lifted their Telematics Stop Order, David was able to sort through two year old data, to analyze inventory levels and installation history in order to seamlessly restart installation processes for over 22 California Government agencies. 

In working with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, David identified the need for, and assisted in implementing, Iridium Satellite Tracking devices for their fleet assets, solving issues and increasing driver safety when driving to remote locations.

When he’s not helping you achieve your fleet management goals, David can be found enjoying life in the Sierra Nevada Mountains on his road bike, gardening, or bird watching with his wife, Susan. 

Accounts Manager

Jasmyne Golf is an Accounts Manager for USA Fleet Solution, specializing in Government and Public Works Fleets.  She is an advocate for our customers, acting as the liaison to create a seamless customer experience. 

With ten years of experience in the field of project management. Jasmyne previously honed her leadership and project management skills in the United States Navy working as the general duty corpsman, where she continues her service in the US Navy Reserves. 

While at USA Fleet Solutions Jasmyne created the policies for the return merchandise authorization process, allowing for a smoother experience for both our team and our customers. 

Jasmyne is currently completing a  Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in project management and a projected graduation date of August 2025. Outside of work, Jasmyne enjoys teaching people how to sew with the national organization, “The Grange”.

Senior Accounting Officer

Rebecca Barnes is the Senior Accounting Officer at USA Fleet Solutions. Through her tenacity and optimism she has been able streamline accounting processes and wrangle the complexities of a small business with a national reach all within her first year with the company. 

She has a Bachelor of Science in both business administration and journalism from the University of Oregon.  She is currently working toward a Masters of Accountancy through the University of Nevada, Reno. She is a 5th generation Northern Nevadan and can’t imagine living anywhere but Reno.  Her latest passion has been in restoring her 1955 midtown cottage along with her husband, Adam. She is obsessed with her black cat, Friday, and her red heeler, Clementine.

Senior Project Manager and Personnel Manager

Melissa Medina is a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-tech projects on time and within budget. Leveraging a strong foundation in project management methodologies and risk mitigation, Melissa consistently exceeds client expectations. Her ability to foster collaborative relationships, drive revenue growth, and inspire high-performing teams has been instrumental in her success.

As Senior Project Manager and Personnel Manager at USA Fleet Solutions, Melissa brings over 13 years of experience leading multi-functional teams in demanding environments. Her architectural design background provides a unique perspective that fuels innovative solutions and ensures project excellence.

Lead Installation Technician

Clayton L. Weatherford is the Lead Installation Technician with USA Fleet Solutions. He graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College in 2011 and became a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) in 2020. After only four years with the company, he has proven to be an efficient and dedicated worker, and he quickly rose through the ranks. 

Outside of work, Clayton enjoys giving back and helping people however he can. In 2008, he gave the ultimate gift of an organ to someone in need. He also earned a letter of recognition from the Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid, in October of 2010 after being named employee of the quarter out of 2,000 other candidates. 

Process Manager

Wesley has been a part of USA Fleet Solutions since its founding. As a highschool student, he worked as a device installer. Now, more than 10 years later with a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Denver and an MBA from Westminster University, Wesley juggles administrative process work with being a full time dad. 

Wesley is proud to help his family’s business grow and help clients get dependable service while lessening their economic footprint. When Wesley isn’t at the office he enjoys playing board games, woodworking, and leading Dungeons and Dragons games as the Dungeon Master as well as spending time with his family, friends, and cats.
