Verizon Networkfleet’s Comprehensive Fleet Reporting
Activity Alerts: The Activity Alerts Report displays an accounting of triggered alerts for one or more vehicles during a specified time frame.
Activity Detail: The Activity Detail Report shows the historical route of a vehicle in a tabular format, allowing fleet managers to compare actual driver activity with driver timecards or logs, and monitor specific driver speeds throughout the day.
Alerts: Verizon Networkfleet provides the precise diagnostic trouble (DTC) code reported by a vehicle via the Alerts Report. This is accompanied by a description identifying the specific nature of the problem to help reduce repair costs and downtime by catching problems early.
Begin/End of Day: The Begin/End of Day Report allows fleet managers to more accurately monitor driver productivity and confirm overtime costs.
Drive Time Summary: The Drive Time Summary Report provides daily and weekly fleet statistics like total mileage, maximum recorded speed, number of stops, and distance traveled.
Fleet Utilization: The Fleet Utilization Report provides detailed information on each vehicle’s usage, including miles traveled, engine hours, days utilized, number of trips, and more. This allows fleet managers to analyze both under and over utilized vehicles to maximize fleet productivity.
Fuel Card Transactions: The Fuel Card Transactions Report allows shows all fuel transactions undertaken for a definable time period as well as details regarding those transactions, including location, gallons, and total cost.
Fuel Guard: The Fuel Guard Report provides information for fleet managers to compare the location and time the fuel was purchased with the vehicle location and time to determine if the proper vehicle was being fueled or if there was a potential fraud event.
Fuel Economy and Usage: The Fuel Economy and Usage Report allows fleet managers to approximate the amount of fuel used by each vehicle for a given time period, reconcile gallons consumed with fuel card expenditures, and view only the vehicles that have exceeded a user-defined threshold for fuel use during a given time period.
Geofence Violation: The Geofence Violation Report is used to identify vehicles that may have entered or exited a specific geographic area as defined by a geofence.
Greenhouse Gas Emissions: The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Report allows you to easily determine and report on fleet emissions both in tabular and graphical formats.
Idle Time: The Idle Time Report shows the approximate number of hours of idle time per vehicle so that fleet managers can compare an individual vehicle’s idle-time with peer vehicles, view all vehicles that have exceeded a user-defined idle-time threshold over a given time period, and calculate fleet-wide idle-time averages.
Landmark: The Landmark by Landmark Report shows the vehicles that visited a specific landmark for a specific time period. The Landmark by Vehicle Report shows all the landmarks a vehicle visited during a given time period.
Odd-Hours/Movement: The Odd Hours/Movement Report shows after hours driving-time violations for a single vehicle or the entire fleet to prevent unauthorized use of company vehicles.
Meter: The Meter Report allows fleet managers to quickly determine past odometer values and total engine hours for any vehicle. This report is valuable to track scheduled maintenance efficiency and ensure that odometers and engine hours manually entered in other systems are accurate.
Sensors Vehicle Detail: The Sensors Vehicle Detail Report provides sensor activity information for a single vehicle and single sensor type. The report shows both the duration of events as well as the location of where those events took place. For example, a towing company can use the report to track where and when vehicles are towed. A utility company can track the use of the “boom” in the field, and a municipality can see when a street sweeper broom has been engaged.
Sensors Vehicle Summary: The Sensors Vehicle Summary Report provides aggregated sensor activity information for one or more vehicles and a single sensor type. For each vehicle with activity for the selected sensor, the report shows the vehicle, VIN, Year/Make/Model, number of sensor transitions, and the amount of sensor “on” time.
Smog Check: Using the Smog Check Report, fleet managers can take a snapshot in time of their fleet’s emissions status. With a quick scan, determine which vehicles are in compliance and which vehicles are out of compliance.
Speed Violations: The Speed Violations Report helps fleet managers improve and promote driver safety and lower insurance costs by monitoring speed violations.
State Mileage: The State Mileage Report tracks vehicle miles driven based on the States or Provinces that the vehicle has traveled in. This report can be customized further by specifying a time window, choosing one or more States and Provinces, and add Toll data.
Stop and Idle Time: The Stop and Idle Time Report displays all stops from a vehicle so that excessive idling can be pinpointed and reduced.
Stop Detail: The Stop Detail Report helps confirm employee productivity by showing stop locations, mileage, and trip/stop durations. Use this report to better manage driver activities and improve routing.
